Matt Kidd, Executive Director of Reaching Out MBA, will moderate this specialty panel with a focus on LGBTQ and Diversity in an MBA program and beyond.

Does it matter if you are out as LGBTQ during their business school journey? Why and how does your personal life matter in the admissions or recruiting process? This session will explore why embracing your diversity, LGBTQ or otherwise, matters in business school, methods to highlight your identity effectively, and how schools and companies increasingly believe that varied backgrounds are critical to students' success.
