Eric Crane is a Product Manager with
Envoy, whose visitor registration product helps thousands of companies create delightful and welcoming office experiences. He guides new product development efforts, taking ideas and turning them into real world solutions. Before Envoy, Eric served in a similar role at
Lovely, leading development of a technology-enabled leasing service for independent landlords.Prior to moving to San Francisco, Eric earned his MBA at Georgia Tech's Scheller College of Business. At Scheller, he led a technology commercialization team as part of the
TI:GERFellowship, did
graduate research on the startup ecosystem in Israel, and helped a team of PhD students earn $100k in seed funding for an energy software company as part of the
National Clean Energy Challenge. While in school, he also developed marketing strategy and programs for customer experience startup
FullStory. He spent his MBA internship developing scalable support and reporting systems for RelateIQ (now
SalesforceIQ).Prior to his time at GT, Eric was in Customer Success for social media analytics startup
Crimson Hexagon in Boston, as well as in Technical Services for electronic health records company
Epic Systems in Madison, Wisconsin. He earned a BBA in Finance from Emory University, and originally hails from Lawrenceville, Georgia.
